Scharffen Berger Chocolate Factory Tour, Dinner Meeting & Regulatory Update

The End of Taxes, Spring, Passover, Easter, Chocolate, and New Regulations!
Join us for dinner and a terrific regulatory update by one of the best, Jon Elliott, J.D., and Chum of CHMM. Jon Elliott is President of Touchstone Environmental, a regulatory compliance service in Oakland and is the Federal Regulations instructor for the CHMM Overview Course and the University of California.
When: Thursday, April 17, 2003. Tour begins at 3:30, Networking/Dinner at 5:30, Presentation at 7:30

$30 for Dinner at Trader Vic's (separate event) - New Location!
Special Discount: $1 off dinner for any local, state or federal regulatory agency personnel (please show ID)

DETAILS:
Chocolate Factory Tour: Our April meeting will start in South Berkeley at 3:30 pm for the last tour of day at the Scharffen Berger Chocolate Factory. The factory is located at Heinz Street at 7th (Ashby Ave. exit off of I80). This is a group tour limited to 30 people, and the cost is $5.00. The tour coordinator says they do not have hazardous materials, but let's see for ourselves what goes into chocolate. For more info on the factory and its products visit www.Scharffenberger.com. The tour will last about 1.5 hours, with an opportunity to shop in the gift shop afterwards.
Dinner: Note new location! At 5:30 PM, we will re-convene about a mile south at Trader Vics, 9 Anchor Street, west of the Watergate Towers along the Emeryville shoreline. Take the Powell Street exit, and head west toward the water to Anchor Street. Rides available from BART, please let us know

Mixed Salad with apples, bleu cheese and pecans, andChoose one of the following:
