Please consider supporting the chapter by becoming a sponsor for the
November CHMM Overview Course and Exam to be held in Oakland.
Corporate or individual sponsors will be listed in all brochures, flyers,
e-mails, and other materials for the Overview Course.
Sponsorship levels are as follows;

Level, $300-$499
- Silver
Level, $200-$299
- Bronze
Level, $100-$199

Programs Committee goes on Summer Retreat to Concentrate on Future Meetings - No June Meeting
August meeting: Big NCC-ACHMM Terrorism Seminar
to be held August 11, 12, or 13th.
Set aside these dates as the Programs Committee firms up a panel of speakers ranging from Medical Effects of Biological Warfare to Homeland Vulnerability Analyses. If the Terror Alert Level is below "Orange" we could have a demonstration by the Civilian Support Teams, a highly trained unit of the National Guard based in Hayward.
October Meeting: Cargill Salt Restoration
Program, Newark. Come tour the salt flats and hear leading biologists
explain the restoration issues.
December Meeting: NCC-ACHMM Recognitions Dinner and Annual Wine tasting. Information will soon follow on nominating peers for excellence in Northern California Hazardous Materials Management (one does not have to be a CHMM to receive award). Also, winner of soon-to-be-announced NCC-ACHMM logo contest will be honored.
